SMS Promotion Terms and Conditions

  1. Participation in the SMS Promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
  2. To enter the promotion you must SMS the printed code word (found in the June/July issue of RACQ's ROAD AHEAD Magazine), your full name, email address and postcode to 19 33 33.  
  3. SMS Cost is 25 cents (including GST).
  4. SMS is the only method of participation in this promotion.
  5. The promotion runs from 12:01am 1st June until 10:00pm 31st July 2011.
  6. Winners will be notified on Monday the 8th of August by email.
  7. Winners details will be published on www.brisbaneboatshow.com.au/prizes on Tuesday the 9th of August.
  8. Participation in the SMS promotion is open to QLD Residents aged 18 years and over.  Participants under 18 years must receive permission from the mobile phone account holder before entering the promotion.
  9. Prizes are not redeemable for cash.
  10. Once submitted, information contained in the SMS becomes the property of Marine Queensland and will be used for promotional purposes only.  This includes participants mobile telephone and email address.  You can unsubscribe from recieving promotional notifications at any time by replying to the message or by selecting 'unsubscribe' at the bottom of the message.  Your personal information will only be held my Marine Queensland and will not be sold or given to a third party.
  11. Participants must ensure that care is taken when sending SMS entries.  It is the participants responsibilty to ensure that the SMS is sent to the correct number (19 33 33).  The Brisbane Boat Show is not liable for costs incurred, responses recieved or any other consequences of your error.
  12. SMS entries submitted/recieved outside of the promotion dates will not be included as part of the promotion but may still incur an SMS feeas outlined in item 3.
